Well , I'm not an expert on this , but ... It seems that RSXNT was developed for the ENX port of gcc etc. It adds the ability to build Win32 apps with EMX. It was then used to recompile some of the emx sources , giving rise to the so called NT09C package available at Winsite. RSXNTDJ is basically a hack of sorts , a version of RSXNT designed to work with DJGPP instead of EMX. It adds some EMX libraries and stuff to a base DJGPP installation , and requires a special version of ld.exe that seems to have a few problems of its own. $0.02
