Are there any C++ users out there that have 'rolled their own'
version of egcs?  I have been unable to get a c++ cross-compiler
built, and with no LFN support can't do a native build on NT. 
I just need someone to donate the standard c++ libs.  I can 
get the actual c++ parser built fine.  I haven't released
a c++ kit for pgcc in a while because its worthless without
the libs.  I've had several requests mailed to me but can't 
do anything about them myself except to request somebody else to
do it :(
