check your autoexec.bat file
is there a line that says something like :
set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
and:
set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%
if not add it and restart your computer

ENOENT
most likely translates to "Error NO ENTity"
but i could be wrong
anyone know for sure?
