The problem is that, when installed at the same time, any command you try to execute in bash results in a cygwin.dll exception. So then I looked at the GNAT cygwin.dll (~4Mb) and compared it to the bash cygwin.dll (~2-300k). So I thought, just copy the larger over the bash cygwin.dll. Result: normal commands work but the same problem still occurs for job control commands like ps. BTW, without GNAT installed, bash works fine. In the case of both programs installed, GNAT always works. Any suggestions.... -- Matthew Kennedy Student of Electrical and Electronics Engineering University of Southern Queensland, Australia "When will you realise you're already there?" - Marilyn Manson
