Message-Id: <34A2BBCB.5D0F@lps.u-psud.fr> Date: Thu, 25 Dec 1997 18:02:19 -0200 From: Daniel TAUPIN Reply-To: taupin AT lps DOT u-psud DOT fr Organization: CNRS Mime-Version: 1.0 To: Latex2html list , Cybertech , DJGPP List Cc: Generale U-PSUD Subject: netpbm for MSDOS Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Precedence: bulk A partial release of NETPBM for MSDOS is posted on ftp://ftp.lps.u-psud.fr/pub/pc/netpbm Changes only concern calling sequences: updated programs may have 0, 1 or 2 file arguments (instead of 0, 1). When a second file name is given (i.e. an argument not beginning with "-"). Names have been changed, for example: ppmtopgm => ppm2pgm (binary output P4-P6) => ppm2hpgm (ASCII output P1-P3) Warning: not all routines have been converted. If a new one if needed, ask it (a question of 15 minutes). Warning: BMP2PNM fails with black and white *.BMP, but works with coloured pictures (not a bug from mine..;). Note that the updated C sources are still UNIX compatible (except errors...). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Daniel Taupin, Physique des Solides, Univ.
