Thank you very much for calling this beta announcement to my attention,
which I found on dejanews.

The DJGPP port of Ghostscript will solve lots of problems for people, and
the DOS/4GW conflict, at least in the PostScript area, may affect only a
few of us who use specialized programs such as Image Alchemy PS.

Incidentally, I should add as a curiosity that Image Alchemy PS seems to
work normally with CWSDPMI from the DOS command line, and only crashes
within Emacs.

Out of curiosity, might the Ghostscript port become part of the DJGPP
distribution?
