This is the anouncement of the release of version 0.4 (4 beta)
of WHAM.
WHAM can be obtained from http://www.cpedu.rug.nl/~N0772984 or
ftp://x2ftp.oul.fi/pub/msdoe/programming/djgpp2 (as soon as they move 
it from incoming to the djgpp2 dir)
