It's not a site, it's a Usenet newsgroup.  The correct URL is
<news:comp.os.msdos.djgpp>; if your browser software can't resolve that,
then you need to find a way to connect to the Usenet.  Brennan's page
does NOT say http://, it says news:.  There's a difference.
