Does that work when you run configure.bat with no arguments? It worked for me. > So then, as advised in message <199709252238 DOT SAA20107 AT delorie DOT com>, I > decided to try getting perl54cf.zip from Laszlo's site, but I couldn't > get through to . Apparently, the name of the server has changed; it is now http://www.vsz.bme.hu. However, that server is *VERY* slow, and the links to the zip files are broken anyway, since they use the old URL. Use the alternate URL http://pop.tvnet.hu/~molnarl/ which works and is also faster. > I've been compiling stuff (nothing big) with djgpp in a win95 dos box > for a while now, so I don't think there's anything wrong with my > set-up there. Ha! So many things can go wrong with Windows 95 wrt the DJGPP setup that I wonder how can somebody be so sure that their setup is okay. I know I aint that sure about my setup, and I'm building with DJGPP a LOT.
