If you don't want to change the source you don't need tasm and you could download it from Scitech (ftp.scitechsoft.com/devel). It's terribly big package, if you like I can send just ztimer lib to you, but again don't know if it works (there are problems with DJGPP port of MGL so maybe also this lib doesn't work).
