How to make libraries is more a problem for a particular computer type than a problem for a particular programming language, such as C. Your queries would probably be better answered by looking in your manuals or consulting a platform specific newsgroup (in your case. comp.os.msdos.programmer). Be sure to read the FAQ for a group before posting.
