Not at present, I don't think. dosemu is a compromise between the bare-metal programmed software of DOS, and the secure, protected, insulated world of Linux. As such, there are some difficulties. Some really down-and-dirty programs don't work. As far as Windows 95 programs, I haven't used WINE in several months, and I don't have any Windows 95 software anyway. But I think that is a goal of the WINE project, I just don't know if it's that far yet. It may well be. I think the idea behind dosemu and WINE is to let you use the programs for which Linux has no equivalent and that you can't live without.
