Yeah, I think it is my FLI decoding code. It isn't really that slow, I've
just seen much faster. I'm not going to work on optimizing it at all,
because I rarely use the FLI functions, and if so, only to select a single
or group of frames to convert to my resource format. I was just making sure
there wasn't a faster way to use a virtual screen.
