Oh well, : c'est la vie =) I just wanted to get the point across that the DJGPP version : is not constrained by the limits of DOS's 640k of conventional memory, as is : the Borland version, but instead it makes use of memory provided by a DPMI : server. That is an extra effort for which I'd like to express my appreciation, as one of the people who get involved in discussing the technical fine points, or shall we call it nitpicking . The DJGPP community seems filled with people helping both each other and the larger world. Maybe there's a moral here. At the time I posted, I was just curious about the technical fine point -- but I could have and should emphasized your effort both in porting to DJGPP, and in keeping a 16-bit version available for those on pre-386 systems. Well, better late than never. Most respectfully, Margo Schulter mschulter AT value DOT net (To reply, please remove the extra . in my default address)
