My question is this: since lcc-win32 doesn't do C++, but uses COFF object files, would it be possible to simply use lcc-win32's linker on DJGPP-compiled C++ sources? Another benefit would be integer code speed. Since lcc-win32's integer performance is 20%-40% slower than commercial compiler's (according to its author), even C code could get a lift. Before you say so, I already know about RSXNTDJ, and I used it for a while, but decided it wasn't for me (maybe because I just wasn't ready yet...it *was* a while back), and the GNU-Win32 project from Cygnus is nice, but is overkill for what I need. I've already got plenty of Unix-y tools from DJGPP, and lcc-win32 uses the Unix makefile format for its 'make'. Any advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
