A correction now of my first answer.
GAS from binutils 2.8.1 supports already MMX stuff
(I have reread it now). Please check it out, it is
available for DJGPP in the usual place as bnu281b.zip.

But because I do not know anything about this topic, I cannot
say if it is complete or correct, but I think so.
