Sorry, not sure if my last note got through.  I ftp'ed fil316.zip and
unzipped into the djgpp's directory... in the \filutil3.16\ directory is
a file called 'install' which tells you what you need to do to install
filutils.  Which is like installing Allegro by using 'make', but
installing filtuils it says you need to run the 'config.bat' before
running 'make'. When I try and run the config.bat it can't find the
configure file which is in the directory with config.bat.  I have also
tried to use make without doing the config.bat, but errors as well.  I
need the ls,rm,etc... files from the utils so I can compile the Emacs
files.  I have everything compiled cept the filutils, which i'm getting
problems from.
