But the problem is that these people who are complaining clearly aren't reading the newsgroup for extended periods, and certainly aren't interested in using DejaNews, or some other news archival service (because otherwise they would have already found the answer to their question). Would one rather they get the answer of, "No, we're just tired of people asking FAQs," or no response whatsoever?
