Dear Sirs !
Question: when I start GCC, it fails with message :


gcc.exe: installation problem,cannot exec `as': No such file or directory
(ENOENT)

I searched in FAQ's, but find only the same question without answer.

PLEASE TELL ME, what is this `as' ?!
