We prefer that you don't send them; those of us who can't read them will just be annoyed, and those of us who can will also be annoyed because HTML-formatted email looks awful. :) It is bad etiquette in general to post HTML-formatted news articles or send HTML-formatted email without the general acceptance of the group to which it is sent.
