I don't think I am going to make Mikallegro with mikmod 3.0 at the 
moment. It have some compilation problems with it but I guess I have 
fixed it. 

Mikmod.exe refuse to work on my machine most of the time due to 
SIGSEGV signal. Until it works fine on my machine, Mikallegro with mikmod 3.0 
will not be available.
