There have been two releases of a revised version of GRX recently.
One, dubbed 'GRX21a' has even been uploaded to SimTel.Net.  The other,
more recently announced version is only available at one place, as a
restricted beta test release:

GRX seemed dead for quite some time, but now, it's moving again...
