:) As the location of the FAQ is a FAQ, the location of the FAQ 
should be in the FAQ so that newbies can look it up in the FAQ. :)

Seriously, IMHO, that's the only FAQ (along with whether one even 
exists) that has a place in newsgroups/mailing lists.
