Or can I > accomplish this by going the djpp C/asm route? you can try downloading rsxntdj1.3.1. microsoft has made a lot of sdk's available on line. you can try to download thos (they are huge, though), and make the whole thing work. never tried this myself. it is one free option. the other option is the cygnus win32 project. apparently they have already ported directx. -- Sinan ******************************************************************* A.
