Are the RHIDE info files installed in the path you have specified
as your INFOPATH?

Within RHIDE you can check, if RHIDE sees the correct INFOPATH by
slecting the leftmost menu and select there the enrty "Short bug-report"
which creates an ediot window, where also the INFOPATH is listed
how RHIDE it sees. If it is not what you have set, then post
here your djgpp.env and the output from the RHIDE bug-report.
