Hi,
	I'm programming on a cgi-counter, and to implement file locking and
unlocking, but the lock()/unlock() functions are included in the djgpp
io.h and not in the rsxntdj io.h. And the UNIX flock in fcntl() is also
not supported. Then how can I work out?
