I don't know what this is. You probably should get the official DJGPP 2.01
distribution. Start with this file:
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/readme.1st
It explains what other files you need. Use a different SimtelNet mirror if
you want.
