I downloaded a file named "djgpp20.zip" a 8.3meg file from:
http://207.92.81.101/se.htm

Is this a complete package of the djgpp compiler?  It seems different from
other sites which have an itemized list of what is needed for what is
needed to be done.

I have installed it according to the directions at the web page until I get
to setup.bat.
I get a response:  The name specified is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file.
I'm running NT 4.0 and issuing the command from the command prompt.

Any insights would be helpful.
