Get texi2html; a URL is on every page of GNU docs on DJ's server.
Texi2html is a Perl script, so you will need a port of Perl (an alpha
version of a DJGPP port is available from the DJ's ftp server, and an
earlier version compiled with another compiler is on SimTel).
