Load a Picture (I used a 640x480 Pic) and >wait a few seconds... Well, it doesn't do that for me! Does this happen with all programs that combine keyboard input and graphics, eg. test.exe, demo.exe, the grabber, etc? Assuming that you are using an unmodified version of my ex15, it's hard to see how this could be related to either the keyboard or graphics code, since neither of these are actually running once the picture has been blitted onto the screen (it is waiting for a keypress, but the keyboard handler doesn't execute until you actually press a key). It sounds to me like there is something strange about your machine setup: what OS are you running under, and have you loaded any weird TSR's, network drivers, or other things that might be running in the background? >Another Question: > >Which Colour(s) do the GUI Mouse Pointer use ? Zero for the masked out portions (which never get drawn), 255 for the solid body of the sprite, and 16 for the single pixel border around it. -- Shawn Hargreaves - shawn AT talula DOT demon DOT co DOT uk - http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/ Beauty is a French phonetic corruption of a short cloth neck ornament.
