In the book 'The Zen of Graphics Programming', Abrash has put togetter all of his columns up to when he began talking about Quake and BSP trees. I don't know if that's what you're looking for. There is also a 75$ CD-ROM of all Dr Dobbs articles which I just love. In fact, I never buy Dr Dobbs anymore. I just pick up the CD-ROM every year.
