There's this thing called WATTCP for DJGPP, it's a partial implementation of Berkeley sockets for DJGPP, but none-complete. First, only nonblocking connections are supported. Second, only a very partial part of the BSD sockets API is supported. Third, I couldn't get it to work, except for the ping application.
