I am attempting to use RHIDE.  I continually get errors that 'cout' is
undefined - when I attempt to 'make' the file.   I have included
'#include <iostream>' in my source code.  Also, in the
'Options/Directories' I have added the path for <iostream.h>, which is
(on my machine) C:\djgpp\lang\cxx.  

There is no mention of this on RHIDE's FAQ, can someone help this
newbie?
