Recompile libf2c.a using DJGPP V2 , starting from netlib sources. 
You may also want to fetch latest f2c.h and f2cx.exe from netlib.

Alternative may be to extract prebuilt libf2c.a from the 
g77 for DJGPP port on simtelnet.
