You can't. This functionality is not supported in v2, sorry. The alternative DPMI host PMODE/DJ has such an option, but since PMODE doesn't support virtual memory, it cannot serve as a general-purpose replacement for CWSDPMI (IMHO). Personally, I think that this is not such a big problem, since there are a lot of DPMI hosts out there (e.g., any kind of Windows) which will all do.
