Do as the Borland's IDE.
To trace into, press F7
To step over, press F8
To toggle a breakpoint, use menu -> Debug -> Set/Reset Breakpoint.

You can establish a watch with CTRL/F7.
Did you explore the menu ?

RHIDE is really intuitive.
