It has been conservatively estimated that the FAQ answers about 90% of user questions on the newsgroup/mailing list. It does not cover questions about specific add-on packages, standard programming techniques, due dates of package revisions, and similar things. Just about everything else is in there, or at least the FAQ tells you where to look for information.
