How can I play a midi file in allegro? I only get errors, please >help! This is a really silly question: how on earth can you expect me to know what the problem is if you don't give me any information about it? You need to tell me exactly what code you are trying to compile, what command line you use to compile it, and how it is going wrong. Is it a comiler error? If so what? Or does it crash, in which case I'd like to see the stack traceback... Also, look at examples/ex16.c - it does everything you need to know about. -- Shawn Hargreaves - shawn AT talula DOT demon DOT co DOT uk - http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/ Beauty is a French phonetic corruption of a short cloth neck ornament.
