Hi,

I am trying to use GRX20 Mouse routines as input with DISLIN and I had
some troubles in setting the cursor: I couldn't make GrBuildCursor work
until I found out that GRX20 added one parameter to the call! (I was using
the old docs).
 
Now it has a parameter called "pitch" (in second place) but I couldn't
figure out what it does, I had the function sortof work putting it equal
to the width of the cursor, but does anyone knows what exactly IS this new
parameter?
