I started doing this stuff when a complete development environment meant a terminal and access to appropriate manuals, so I went ahead and wrote app.s from scratch using RSXNTDJ. It is definitely possible. If you want to build .HLPs or .DLLs you'll need tools from elsewhere. -- Mark H.
