RSX NT DJ 1.3.1 claims to work under Win16+Win32s, in fact I succesfully tried some of the binaries from the distribution.One is a precompiled example, so seems that's true. The problem is that seems to be imposible make it USING Win 3.1x. Why? for example the RSXNTDJ.HLP file can't be opened by the Win3.1/3.11 help program it claims you need a newer help program!, and some of the binaries seems to need Win95, but I'm not sure.
