BTW: Somtimes it is usfull to run rhide with the following switch: rhide -h which will print out some information about all the available commandline switches and a short description. And the please try these switches if they solve your problem and AFTER doing so, please let me know (success or not), because for me it is impossible to imagine any hard- and software config of the users.
