I want to install the latest EMACS on a server running win NT server 4.0. 
Is there an NT port of EMACS or would the EMACS for DOS do fine?  Also,
does this port of EMACS support e-mail as in the one for Linux?  Does
anyone know if it can handle a server with multiple domain names?  I ask
because I am going to install an NT telnet server so that users can telent
the server and hopefully manage their e-mail using EMACS if the need
arises.
Finally, where can I find EMACS for DOS or NT?
