I guess not. For example, my program (doesn't use Allegro) works perfect under MSDOS 6, Win 3.1 and Win95 but doesn't get hardware interrupts in OpenDOS, perhaps is a configuration problem, but the users doesn't know how to configure well your OSs. I think that OpenDOS must be fixed in A LOT of things, Novell did a disaster with the good code of DRDOS 6 and now Caldera must fix it.
