Here's a small update to my previous posting from yesterday:

The installer source archive is now in ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/beta
The file is ins100s.exe. 

DO NOT TRY TO D/LOAD IT FROM ftp://ftp.delorie.com/incoming - the directory 
may be read *only* by DJ himself. It was my mistake to announce the upload to 
this directory. I'm sorry folks!
