I believe Postscript versions of the DJGPP manuals are availible from DJ 
Delorie's web server, at:

http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/

Also there is 'texi2ps.exe' included in 'djdev201.zip' (those manifest 
files DO come in handy :) but the FAQ says that its conversion isn't as 
pretty.
