Ok, I've tried just about everything I can think of to try and get gcc
to find the include files.

I've been trying to compile a "hello world" type program and GCC keeps
telling me it can not find the include files (like stdio, etc).  In
desperation I even copied every include file into the BIN directory. 
Help!  Is there somethign I am missing.  I've posted my .env file, I do
no think it is wrong but who knows.  

Also, someone mentioned to me earlier this year about some sort of
auto-installation checker for djgpp?  Has anyone heard of this?
