If you can, I recommend you to download from my website the
newest and fixed executable for RHIDE (because you problem
is a bug in RHIDE and not a configuration problem).

But you can solve it also, when you switch inside RHIDE to
any other screen mode (Options/Environment/Preferences) than
80x25. (I prefer 80x28).
