For some strange reason, I can't seem to be able to downoad the latest
version of Allegro.  I have tried using Netscape, Explorer, WS_FTP,
and plain old FTP.  I have tried it from both my pc and from a work
station.  I am directly connected via a network, have tried multiple
sites, including a local mirror here in Japan, from which I get almost
40kbs transfer rate.

No matter what I do, where I get it from or how I do it (yes, I use
binary mode) it ALWAYS dies at about 73% or 720k.

I can transfer other programs, just downloaded the 18meg Blood demo
with no problems.

I have been trying for several days now and am beginning to get
frustrated.  I would really appreciate it if somebody could e-mail me
the alleg22.zip file.
