A long, long, time ago, on a newsgroup far, far, away, a guy called Bob Jenkins and I had a discussion about good random number generators (cryptographically secure ones, in fact), with the result that I have a tarted up version of his RNG called ISAAC on my web page at "http://www.abwillms.demon.co.uk/crypto/". It compiles fine under DJGPP, 'coz that's what I used.
